We invite researchers, scholars, and practitioners to submit articles for an upcoming issue focussed on the theme "Environment: Science, Society, and Polity." This issue aims to explore the complex and interconnected relationships between the environment, scientific inquiry, societal dynamics, and political frameworks. The environmental challenges of today require multifaceted approaches that consider not only scientific and technological advancements but also social practices and political decisions. Contributions that offer interdisciplinary perspectives, case studies, policy analyses, and theoretical explorations are highly encouraged.

This theme-based issue will delve into how environmental science interacts with societal behavior and political governance, shaping both policy outcomes and community resilience. We are interested in work that examines how societies adapt to environmental changes and how scientific-technological development and political structures influence environmental management.

Submission Guidelines to Authors:

Article should be the authors’ original research work and free from plagiarism (below the prescribed limit as per the UGC guidelines). While the manuscript is under consideration in PANCHAKOTesSAYS it should not be submitted elsewhere for publication.

If accepted for publication, your article will be published in printed hard copy of the journal. The author shall bear the printing cost and the postal charges as per the instruction of the journal committee. Moreover, a soft copy of the same will be archived on the journal website. Please send your full-length articles (5,000–8,000 words), short essays (2,000–3,500 words) or book reviews (1,000–1,500 words) through Online Submission Portal of the journal website https://journal.panchakotmv.ac.in on or before 30th November, 2024.

All submissions are subject to peer review and may be rejected as per the decision of the reviewer as well as the editorial committee.
